Every quarter, I want to take the opportunity to feature a vendor I have had excellent experiences with as a designer. This month, I am focusing on one of my favorites, Joybird Furniture. I am very confident in the quality of their product after purchasing about six sofas and four chairs with them. Here are some reasons I love this company:
1. Customization: You can customize your fabric furnishings with many different colors and fabric styles. Velvet, no problem. Chenille, you got it. Looking for pet and kid-friendly fabrics, they have that too! The colors are beautiful and the velvet options feel like butter. If there is wood on the item, you can customize it with one of three choices.
2. Handcrafted and Excellent Quality: The quality of the product is outstanding and I have never had a client not happy with the final product.
3: Generous Return Policy: Joybird is an online vendor, which keeps its prices low for the level of quality that you are getting. Most people want to sit in a sofa or chair before purchasing, and are often put off by not being able to try it before buying. As a result, they give you 365 days to return an item unless it’s damaged, soiled, or excessively used. If you request a return within 14 days of delivery, they pay for return shipping.
4. Timing as Promised and Excellent Delivery: Joybird communicates with you every step of the creation of your product with email updates, letting you know when your custom order moves to different phases of production. For a flat fee of $99 they deliver your products in home, hassle free. My Joybird orders have never been late, nor have I had to follow up and ask where the product is - I always know.
5. Doing Good: They plant trees with every purchase! Another reason to feel even better about your buy!
